Now that we are back home and the euphoria of the wedding has started to settle, I would like to thank you and your team, from the bottom of my heart, for and undeniably exceptional wedding you helped plan and execute for my children.
For over a year we have been in constant communication with you via hundreds of emails, texts and phone calls. Through all this, the one thing I realized was that you are a very patient man and in that one year’s period, most of the time we felt we were your only clients… even though I know you must have organized so many weddings during that time.
A year ago when Ipshita, Sascha and I came to Udaipur and met with you, you quickly gauged our taste and took us to Fatehgarh. I realized you are a very intuitive person, a quality that will take you far in your future endeavors. One look at Fathegarh, and we were sold. Ipshita and Sascha decided on tasteful and elegant decorations and you turned their vision to reality. I know that the construction of the altar for the exchange of vows was an immense project, but it was carried out to perfection. In fact it really went beyond my expectations. I loved the candelabras at the reception.
The food at the Fatehgarh was absolutely delicious. My compliments to the chef. The service at the hotel was the epitome of Rajasthani hospitality.
When the wedding party landed in Udaipur, you and Naved were there to receive us with flowers at the airport! We were touched by your gesture.
The thank you notes coming from family and friends have a common thread – “It was a fairy tale wedding.’” Ankit, I have to thank you for that. And you in turn should thank Anjali for me who had to bear with hundreds of my demands through out this year.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for just the most memorable and amazing wedding. You did a perfect job and even threw in some surprises. Our family and friends still remind us of how dazzled they were by it all. We were quite particular with how we wanted the events aesthetically and everything we had asked for was executed exquisitely by the team. We were amazed by how you turned such an already beautiful venue into something even more special in such little time!
It is not just the delivery that Ankit and his team did so well, it was everything in the run up to it. The team worked around the clock with us and made it convenient for us, given the time zone between UK and India. The team were methodical, they listened to our requirements, offered their guidance and worked patiently with us. Everything was also documented very professionally. Most of our communication was done via a Whatsapp group, with all key stakeholders involved at the same time – every time, so nothing went amiss.
Initially, we were very fearful of what to expect from a destination wedding as we were planning the whole event from the UK – and believe us we were stressed, but looking back at it now, Ankit and the team made the whole process look seamless.
Our dream wedding would not have come true if it was not for Ankit and the team. We had a destination wedding in Udaipur & when we researched all the wedding planners, Regal Weddings definitely topped our list! Our 3 day celebration that could have been quite tedious was made very tranquil with all our event options pictured clearly beforehand so that we all were on the same page. As soon as we got engaged, we had decided we were going to do an English wedding. A beach was the perfect destination for it. However, being in the US, we didn’t really have any idea on how to go about planning the whole thing. So we decided to call a few wedding planners as well as hotels directly to see if they can help us out. We spoke to around 4 planners but as soon as we spoke to Ankit, we could tell that he shared our enthusiasm for the wedding.
He gave us some initial ideas and by the end of the call, we were very certain we wanted to go with Ankit and Regal Weddings.
Throughout the planning, the communication between us and the team at regal weddings was great. Whenever we had a question, they always responded very quickly and gave solutions. Whenever we were worried about anything in the wedding and spoke to Ankit, he had this great calming effect on us. We knew we were in good hands and that everything was going to be ok. We had a very specific theme in mind for the ceremony and the team understood exactly what we wanted. They executed it to perfection.
