Step -1 :: Chose your Budget and Theme
We have classified our Packages for large gathering weddings as Regal, Gold and Silver depending upon the cost per person per Event. You chose your package type and the Theme (Beach or Palace venues).

Also fill up expected number of total guests attending the Ceremony.

Step -2 :: Selecting Venues
Our Planner software search the possible venues as per your budget, gathering & theme preference and display results categorized in various destinations.

You would select the Destination and assign the Venues in that Destination required for various Ceremony during Wedding.

Please see that you can not venues at Multiple Cities, but can always chose different venues in same City.

Step -3 :: adding services and extras
The Next step is adding the services/ extras required for various events.
You asked to name the Events, mention respective dates and the go on choosing the various services during events.

Step -4 :: Price quotation
Okay! you get the Complete Wedding Package overview with the cost of each event and a total cost. You may save this package designed by you for a future reference.

For the purpose, you'll need to make a login and mention a password. Please see that this Package is automatically e-mailed to you too.

Couple Weddings : Where only the wedding couple is there and no guest accompany.

Cost : the cost displayed is an approximate cost, the final cost depends on the date of wedding, availability of venues, the overall services required etc. For working out a comprehensive cost/quotation... we ask you to subscribe our planner service which cost minimal and is deductible out of the total wedding invoice amount at a later stage.

Destination : A City or a Place like Udaipur, Goa, Jaipur etc.

Event : various ceremony which takes shape of a gathering like Mehndi & Sangeet event, Ceremony and Reception event, bachelor party event etc.  Since the Venues are hired for every event, the cost is worked out per Person/Event.
more the number of events, higher the total cost of wedding.

Pax : person

Venue : the place/lawn/banquet hall/ outdoor where the event can be organised.
